Me too waiting for more than 2 months from Calgary VO number for my ECOPR and PR Card.How did you find the Calgary VO number? I am waiting for more than 2 months for ecopr
By all indications from previous posts. You get an email notifying you that the COPR is on the portal to download.

I have the same timeline, BCPNP, and 6 Jul as the EE invitation. 30th August file submission. Portal email 15th December. Waiting for the portal.

Just received the above response to a follow-up email I sent a few days back. This is from the Montreal VO.
Waiting since October 30, but it looks like Ecopr/PR Card will be a 2023 issue now

3. When did you declare your presence in Canada, updated the address and uploaded a picture on the portal?Oct-13-2022

6. When did you receive your PR card in the mail? Waiting

Even I am interested to know this situation? Looks like several on same situation from Calgary IRCC.
This doesn’t seem fair to me! They say we’re at virtual landing queue but if there is a queue how people with photo submitting date after us has received not even ecopr but card itself. Calgary office should have answer for it!
