Portal 2 received only for myself but not for dependents as they are currently not in Canada. Son will reach on 22nd Sept & Wife might reach on 31st Oct.

Please suggest way forward?

Are they not in your portal? When I replied the first email I choose one email for myself and dependent and told both of us were in Canada. I submitted everything for both of us in one portal.

But If you replied the first email saying that your family is not in Canada right now, that may be the reason why. You can try to email them and see what they say…

Portal 1 email mine came on 28th August, my agent replied a day after that. still waiting.

Hi @kratos95 - any updates? I am in the same situation as you, got final decision update on GCKey and COPR number details in the tracker yesterday, VO- Vancouver. Let's keep each other updated on our situation!

As my son is in India and wife too, I responded on 25th Aug-2023 about their correct status. Since, my wife is taking cancer treatment in India and completing soon, my son went to her in India and is coming soon as his university (UBC, Vancouver) has started and wife will come in Oct-2023. They both are not in my portal and I sent email yesterday about their status again and asked to give 'Ready for VISA - Passport Request' for my wife and decided to inform IRCC through email & webform about my son's arrival when he will be here. Hope this will work to get their COPR & eventually PR.

PR portal 2 email - Sep 06 (they linked the confirmation page to my existing account)

Posting update.

I just recieved portal 2 for my wife few minutes ago. Haven't recieved mine yet. Only see confirmation tab for my wife. Maybe they are going to send mine soon since it only has been a few minutes?

My portal 1 was 29th aug (replied same day)
