My timeline:
Oct 24, 2020 - Pre-arrival invitation
May 18, 2021 - PR Portal Invite
May 18, 2021 - Portal Submitted (photo + address)
Jun 8, 2021 - eCOPR

My daughter's timeline:
Oct 8, 2021 - Pre-arrival invitation
Oct 9, 2021 - PR Portal Invite
Oct 9 2021 - Portal Submitted (photo + address)
Jun 9, 2021 - eCOPR (Incredibly FAST!)

My son's timeline:
Dec 22, 2021 - Pre-arrival invitation
Dec 28, 2021 - PR Portal Invite
Dec 28, 2021 - Portal Submitted (photo + address)
still waiting - eCOPR

So to my understanding the process times vary pretty much to each case!

Unbelievable. I called too and send emails but i get dead silence
Sure, I submitted my address/photo in portal Nov 12
My eCopr was received Nov 17th
Photo rejection Dec 17th (resubmitted a different one same day - was ok)
Still waiting for card..
i've had to move a trip 3 times (paid 150 CAD every time). Seems unfair to us

Oh YEAH, just a quick update - my son's eCoPR was issued this afternoon!!!
