As most of us are 2024 PR applicants, active as of today on this forum, here're some interesting status from the year. It also kind of explains why there were eCOPR delays towards the end of 2024:

UPDATE!!!
19 November 2024 : Received Pre-Arrival Letter.
02 December 2024: Final Decision has been made to your application
03 December 2024: Portal 1
09 December 2024: Portal 2
22 December 2024: Update in online tracker - Background verification status has been updated to Completed
06 February 2025: Got Ecopr
06 February 2025: Linked ecopr to GC Key
12 February 2025: Final decision has been made - Your application is in progress. We will send you a message once the final decision has been made.
13 February 2025: Your eligibility has been reviewed - We mailed your permanent resident card to you. Your card can take up to six weeks to arrive.
19 November 2024 : Received Pre-Arrival Letter.

Congratulations! Should receive your card within a week!
Just let them know and they'll hold your eCoPR until yo come back. Make sure you have a valid TRV to reenter Canada!

No specific timeline for PRTD. Depends where you're applying from. If crossing via land border, make sure its by a non-commercial private vehicle.
thank you for advice. much appreciated . I already reschedule tickets once, and got tired of changing plans and paying for tickets exchange.
