I responded for P2 on Nov 27th and still waits for ecopr...
But I never read something from Sydney...
Does the Office change, because my PR application was apparently processed in Sydney...

It may or may not. My P1 and P2 was from Montreal but eCoPR was issued from Etobicoke!

Tell me about it. After I got reply from my VO telling me to wait, I got "an agent took the appropriate actions to follow up on your request " everytime I webform my request. Telling me to wait is not appropriate action!

It looks like IRCC is still issuing ecoprs for Oct P2s mostly.
Another observation is that IRCC is using AOR in certain cases to prioritize ecopr issuance. If AOR date is very early, ecopr is prioritized even if it is a Dec-P2 or Jan-P2.
