This is the only thing that's making all of us stressed. Once December hits, it's really on luck whether to receive the eCoPR or not. Hoping to get it by this month!

No luck doing that as well for me. I did send the email again on tuesday last week and havent heard anything from them. I called IRCC and all they are saying is WAIT. My p1 is Oct 3rd close to 6 weeks now.
I received P2 the same day with you (Oct 28), still waiting for eCoPR

Processing office was montreal then but I don’t know if they have transferred my file to Etobicoke office as per the latest trend bcz I am unable to get a hold of IRCC since 2 days.

Don’t be stressed for this. Half of November is still left. We should get it by this week itself!

Can anyone give me rough estimation for when can I expect my COPR and PR Card. I'm travelling out of Canada in the second week of December. I really need to know or I have to cancel my plans.

Portal 1: Oct 4 (replied same day)
Portal 2: Oct 24 (replied same day, confirmed in Canada and updated address and photo)

It was Montreal for the Portal But now I'm not sure as there's nowhere I can check if they changed
Call IRCC and ask them about your current office and ECOPR times are all over the place. I am waiting since oct 23 while there are a few people who received portal 2 during the first week of november and they have recieved their ecopr.
Also, there are a few people waiting since1-2 months to get their ECOPR so its purely luck. I hope we get it soon.
The ECOPR timeline is just a bunch of mess currently. Getting P2 before other people doesn't mean you will get ECOPR before them lmao. No one knows how IRCC officers process our cases. It might just be that our cases are in the hands of those officers that are still on VACATION or busy dealing with higher priority profiles.
