You just fill out the question and reply. I used KAI 3 week after P1 and it didn't really do anything for me. I still got my P2 about 30 days after P1.

I got my P1 from Etobicoke last July 31st and no P2 yet. I planning to respond to the same email again on Monday.

They sent me P1 again from Montreal office and still no P2
