I have a question regarding the app linking.

For birth place, I have a long name, let's say it's "Burlington, Ontario" on the passport. However since the eCoPR has limited space, they only printed let's say "Burlington, Onta". So while linking the application, what should I put now?

If you are trying to refer to details as mentioned in Indian passport, enter it as CITY,(SPACE)STATE. Enter full name of city and state. Enter space after comma (,).

1. I received P1 email on the 7th of August 2024 and replied immediately but I mistaking used same UCI for myself kids and spouse but sent another email same night to point out the error and rectify it. will that cause any problems?
2. since 7th no P2 email yet, I have called IRCC thrice now all they say is I should wait hope it was not that error that caused the delay?
3. After P1 is it possible for PR application to get refused?

I received P1 on July 8 and after eCOPR, GC key showed July 8 as approved in final decision. so mostly P1 is the date that it is approved. Congrats and enjoy.

I got P1 on 25th June 2024. Since then, waiting for P2 mail.
I have send 3 follow-up emails on P1 already.

Hello , I got P1 on 4 august 2024.. waited for 2 weeks then yesterday I sent P1 reply to all Visa offices emails. Today I got my P2. you should also try this. many people get P2 the next day after sending emails to all these visa offices. Good luck

Hello,
Just an update to my process
Received p1 August 5th via Montreal(responded same day)
I did some research on advice given on what to do from P1 to P2 wait, so I emailed some IRCC portal emails yesterday with my initial template reponse individually (5in total)
Then I received my P2 today (yay) (responded already)
So I would say this method woks 50-50
Waiting for COPR..

Yes, they will reply within one week, u would receive portal 2 before that but atleast IRCC knows that this was a happened

so i should be getting it tomorrow as well

do you guys know how many days Etobicoke is taking to process these?
