PR confirmation portal timelines

P1: June 21st
P2: Today July 23rd

Was wondering if anybody has received portal 2 but no log in info provided to you? In the email it says you have 7 days to confirm you are in Canada but I cannot access it. Not sure what to do.

My P1 is June 21st too but did not receive anything yet
