PR confirmation portal timelines

Hi everyone!

See "Final decision - June 3,2024: your application is in progress...".
Received a letter to submit documents for the Outland dependent, but no Portal emails for me, Inland principal applicant.

Called agent, she told me that my file is transferring from Vancouver to Etobicoke for the final stage and it may take time.
Is it normal to have the processing office change on this stage?

Waiting for P2 from etobicoke office.
