PR Confirmation portal timelines July 2023

Hi,

I have received Permanent residence portal confirmation email on 24th July. I replied with the requested information on 25th July. But it has been 10 days I have not received second email with crendentials. Can someone please advise what I should do in this situation. Thanks!

Hey

I think it will take another week for you to receive the credentials:

Inline is my timeline
July 12 first email requesting information
July 31 second email with credentials.

So it took 12 working days for them to send it.

Not yet still waiting.. after replying the first portal email I received an automated email.. Nothing after that.. which is your VO?

On the main application all 4 things are marked as completed and an expiry date + document number of ecopr is present. So i think it will get updated in few days.

I submitted our pictures and confirmed the address on June 24th when eCOPR was received, pictures are still "In Review".... does anyone applied on the same date and received the PR Card?
