Creating a thread for all PR Inlanders to post their timelines after receiving the golden email.

For me I received RFV letter on May 10, 2023 (for outland dependent)
Received Portal email 1 (for myself) - on May 11 to send the necessary information - Replied same day
Awaiting Portal Login details as I write this.

Please share your timelines, your mailing office, or steps you would advise others to be wary of in this.
 
Received login details. However, getting error of either too bright/ too dark on my digital pic. Any idea how to resolve this anyone?
 
I couldn't even after altering it many times.
Then, I uploaded as is. It works for most of the ppl.
