I think this not working for first PR card , I submitted web form to them for urgent PR card processing ant Received this reply from them.

Have you gone through the steps in the website I attached earlier? Booking and an airline ticket are the same thing.

Booking ticket (unpaid) valid for 3 to 4 days. So therefore I'm asking.
First I will send webform with attached ticket if no response then I will apply PRTD. Few step I'm not understand on webform. Can you guide me if you share your what's app no I can send screenshots

My wife PR card was mailed on October 24th but I still haven't received it. I asked the post office agent for an inquiry. They said they need a tracking number for checking. where can I get the tracking number now? 12 days completed today she didn't get card.
Can the customer center of IRCC provide a tracking number of PR card courier?

She may have PRTD already. When you applied for RTD for second time they automatically send the travel document with PR category. She could check that and if she has she will be okay
I ask it the PR card is stuck in Canada Post, how can she get it , not about PRTD

I think the person will need to provide document such as PR card, PRTD, ETA, visa and etc. before boarded. Also, Canuck only mentioned "air". I suppose someone also cross international borders through marine vessels.
She is in Canada not abroad. She is waiting 1st PR card which is mail but she didn't get. Card stuck in CANADA POST for last 13 days.
My question is how to inquire with Canada Post to get a card that is stuck at Canada Post.
