For urgent PR card She wants to contact MP so can you guide me
How can a Member of Parliament be approached? Should so go to his office directly or send him an email?

You can try but no guarantees it will get processed faster. If travel is urgent apply for a PRTD.

I think this not working for first PR card , I submitted web form to them for urgent PR card processing ant Received this reply from them.

Because of the importance of obtaining your first PR card, the process is already considered urgent. There is therefore no urgent procedure for new PRs. However, there are other documents you may use if you must leave the country before receiving your PR card.

PRTD will be applied through GC key account or should be applied through PR portal. Which option is better? and processing Time?

Secondly If I send them web form for urgent PR card. should I attached confirm Air ticket or only booking?

Unsure what processing time will be it seems to be quite variable.

Have you gone through the steps in the website I attached earlier? Booking and an airline ticket are the same thing.

Confirm ticket (Paid)
Booking ticket (unpaid) valid for 3 to 4 days. So therefore I'm asking.

First I will send webform with attached ticket if no response then I will apply PRTD. Few step I'm not understand on webform. Can you guide me if you share your what's app no I can send screenshots
