Hi I recently Linked my PR card application to my GC account on Nov 4th. It's showing submitted on Nov 5th.I got my ECoPR on Oct 27th. Does anyone know what these actually meant?

ECoPR -- 27-Oct
PR application Linked -- 04-Nov
Date Submitted showing as - 05- Nov ???

AOR-January 19,2021
PR Portal email received from: VLU
ECOPR-June 22,2021
PR Card approved-Nov 1, 2021
Received Card-Nov 08,2021
Loc: Prince George, BC.
PR processed by CPC Ottawa
PR card processed by CPC Nova Scotia.
I can finally close this very prolonged process of my journey. I wish everyone all the best. Over 4 months of waiting for PR card but To God be the glory, great things he has done !:cool::cool::)

Submitted 05NOV is just the date you linked the application. If you click on 'check full application status' you'll see "Date received" on the top right. That is the date that matters.

Thanks. That make sense. That is matching exactly with my ECoPR date.

There is a lot of inconsistency with working these cases, just like there is with processing the PR application. Link your PR card cases in your IRCC portal, and they will update when the card(s) are mailed.

My Timeline:

AOR: April 14, 2020
Landing portal email: June 23, 2021
Declaration, address, photos uploaded: June 24
eCOPR: June 24
Wife's PR Card received: July 12
Landing Portal login stopped working: ~Aug 8 (roughly 45 days)
My PR Card mailed per IRCC portal: Aug 31
