I hold a Canada PR card since 2010 but i did not live in Canada, although i go and stay in BC for about 1-2 months in a year. We (and my child, 6 month old, who was born in BC and holds a CAD Passport) had to live in US with my husband, a US citizen. My PR will expire on Mar 2016. Is there a way i can renew my PR? Thank you

Sure, as long as you go back to Canada and stay long enough to meet the residency obligation requirements first. If you apply for renewal and you don't meet the Residency Obligation, you will probably start the process of losing your PR status.
