PR Card Renewal tracking question

Hello,

I just mailed in my application for a PR Card Renewal.

I know the system takes a while before it is approved/rejected.

My question is:

How long after the mail was delivered (i know it was delivered via tracking) does it take to show up in the system?

Also where can I track the progress of it? Not sure if there is a link?

november 1 2015 :applied for renew
february 2016: they asked for new pictures,resent on the very next day
today 23 march 2016,nearly 5 months later , system shows nothing... absolutely nothing
