PR card (renewal) never received in mail

Hi All,

I applied for PR card renewal in July and IRCC mailed my PR card on Dec 17 but I have not received my card yet. I am outside of Canada and need to know if I should apply again for PR card renewal or should I contact IRCC to issue me a new PR card?

Hi All,

I submitted "Solemn Declaration" (after 6 weeks) stating my new PR card never made to my mailing address and after multiple follow-ups with IRCC ; I am able to see my application status as "Decision Made" and that my PR card will be mailed or if quality assurance is required the card will be made available for in-person pickup at an IRCC office.

What are the chances that the card will be mailed to my mailing address ???
