Did you try to contact them through MP, Or any other way to get it done. Your json status still showing same update?
Not linked to Gckey, application submitted on 02 August and json status changed to id 20 “completed” on 04 September then after nothing. Sent webform on 05 oct and got automated reply (In process)
I received my PR card after 4 months

IRCC did not ask for anything. I discussed my issue with a consultant and he recommended to prepare a LOE as he believed that my travel history is causing confusion
I have a very extensive travel history after I became a PR but before I started to reside permanently in Canada
