PR Card Renewal information

Hi all,

I am looking for information in regards to certain sections of the IMM 5444 form.
Under "Work and Educational History" section,if your spouse hasnt worked at all in the 5 years,what would you input in this section? They ask for activites? Well my wife is a housewife,thats it!

Also,they ask for a UCI#, do you use the latest one received? Eg: when you first apply initially for PR,you receive a UCI from Mississauga,then just before PR granted,you receive another set of numbers,i guess when the applicant applies from outside Canada,so i wonder which one you put on the renewal form?

You can put Homemaker/Housewife if not working.
Your UCI should be on your PR card under ID No just below your name, it is an 8 digit number (no alphabets).
