A month ago I submitted 3 PR card renew applications through Permanent Residence Portal (https://prson-srpel.apps.cic.gc.ca/en/login). Recently I checked the status of the 3 application and found the second one is returned with reason "Wrong Application". This application is for my kids under 14.
I tried to go to mycic and link the applications and found I can link first application but failed for second and third application. I also tried CAS to check application status but cannot find anything.
I submit the webform but guess it might take some time to get some feedback.
1. So is there anyway to check the details of returned reason?
2. No matter what the reason is I need to submit a NEW application rather than fix the current one, is it true?
3. I know online portal is convenient but seems too new. Is paper application a better choice for PR renew?
