Qorax you had guided me earlier ,please guide me again.
four of our five PR cards have arrived though the address mentioned on the envelop has wrong ZIP Code- maybe the fifth has gone back.
My relative in Canada tried to inquire on telephone and they found out that she is not one of the applicants.now they want that the person concerned should talk to them but she is not in Canada. Now suggest the line of action. Is there any way whereby I can authorize my relative in Canada to talk to the authorities on our behalf and solve the problem?

As per policy, the PR cards r issued to personnel who r 'residing' in Canada. That's why I opine always to stay put here till u receive them -- 'Coz if something goes wrong, u r stuck.

As of now, u may write to CIC asking them to amend your [Canadian] address - but how useful that'd be is impossible to anticipate. Your choice might be limited to entering thru a PRTD.

Yes, u can enter Canada from the US in your 'personal' / rented car using the COPR.

I do not have any blank page now on my passport and I need to take up two foreign travel before I land up in Canada on my PR Visa.

Is it OK if I have a new passport and visa being on old passport.....? As you know that both the visa & COPR has passport number on it.

I have received a letter for the appearance of my daughter in their office to take the photograph/signature etc.within the next 6 months and she is not in canada.
Can we go to delhi office to do the needful?
Do we have to take another visa from del office?
I have multiple entry tourist visa for USA.

No. It has to be done@an 'inland' CIC office.

Yes, she has to obtain a PRTD to enter Canada.

If u r a PR u don't need anything else to enter - then that TRV is invalid anyway.

U enter thru your PR cards - the daughter enters vide a PRTD.

1. When u have the US visa why r u looking@entering the US vide other means?
2. Canadian PRs aren't permitted 'visa-free' into the US.
