PR Card not received

Hi ,

I landed in Vancouver on 8th October 2018 and applied for PR card for whole family.on 18th December 2018 , we got the pr cards for whole family except for my one child .

when I see the status online for this application , it says "your application was approved". In the document status information , I see the "Status updated date" , which is 12th December 2018.

the rest of pr cards of my family shows "Status updated date" , which is 8th December 2018.

Does any one has a clue , what should I do now , how long should I wait.

You need to wait for 6 weeks before you can ask for a replacement

How do I know the card mailing date , is that the one I shared initially I-e "Status update date" ( 12th dec 2018 ) ?

Is the 6 weeks waiting period starts from the "Stats update date" ?

The 6 weeks starts from when they update your status to say that your card has been posted out to you
