PR CARD -NOT DELIVERED BEEN OVER 10 WEEKS / DELIVERED TO WRONG ADDRESS : NOT ABLE TO TRACK

Hi, it has been more than 10 weeks now and I have not received my first PR CARD after landing in Canada. It shows dispatched in my profile. I raised webforms but I got no response. After calling for days, I was told by CIC that the officer by mistake wrote wrong address at the airport ( did a typo by writing 44 while correct one is 411 ). Unfortunately, there is no tracking or anything possible so how do I get my PR Card ? Can I go and collect it from some office ? Any help on this will be appreciated

You have to wait 6 weeks from the dispatch date and declare that it was lost and apply again.
