lol possibly! Just feels so random at times with these applications.Maybe ours were processed by the same agent
It definitely is. At least if they put it into the system when they got it you'd have some assurance. But to wait so long for the AOR is crazy.
It should be all done online too. I'm able to get a passport from Ireland for my daughter in 2 weeks and it's all done through a website!

This is the what I see on ecas:
- We received your application for a permanent resident card on October 21, 2021.
- We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on October 21, 2021.
- We started processing your application on October 21, 2021.
Before you open your application, does it say “In Process” or “Decision Made”? I would highly suggest you to link your application on gckey and see the details there. It gives you a better insight of your application.
Log into your gckey account, choose link an application, then choose "Permanent Resident Card" as the application type - then just follow the prompt there. I used UCI and birthday to link. You can also use the application number from the AOR.

In that case, submit your information ASAP via webform, if necessary, give them a call.
How do i link my application on GCKey? It takes me to the same information on ecas. Thank you. Pls help
im sorry but I couldn't find the option "choose link an application" after I logged in.
There should be a button says this: "Did you apply on paper or don't see your online application in your account? Add (link) your application to your account to access it and check your status online."
