My application has been stuck on the status " Decision Made " and its been 14 days since and there has been no update . Can any one please suggest me whats going on with my application? What are the chances of getting approved or rejected even though I have complied with the residency obligations. Please seniors help.
thanks

Its the renewal for the first time , app was delievered on 1st December 2020 and the started processing on the1st Feb 2021 and thats the day I got the APR mail and the ecas updated
This is still within their timeframe I believe, if you check previous cases on this same forum, guys are receiving their AOR in almost 2 months and in less than 3 months they receive their cards. So yours is still not delayed, or you might receive your card soon. Perhaps if it is not received by end of Feb, fill in their webform to check more on this.

It can take a two weeks for card to be mailed out after decision made.

Same case here. Decision Made for almost a week and no updates further. Just a matter of time in my opinion!

But do you think we must have been approved keeping in mind we completed our residency obligations.
It's a administrative process. If you know everything checks out from travel and residency obligation perspective, I dont see a reason not be approved. I dont see this process different than getting a driver's license renewed.

This is my perception as well. purely administrative procedure as long as we are confident about the eligibility criteria.

Please if you can help me understanding the word administrative procedure.

So when everything is complete in your application and you are confident about the obligation criteria the processing office will not have any room for judgement or reasons for delay and it would be just a matter or systematic procedures / checklist they will follow. A matter of time.
I knew someone who applied 2 years ago and was on the edge in terms of residency obligations and had intensive travel history and on the top of everything he filled his travel dates incorrectly. The IRCC local office called him for clarification and validation which delayed his processing time significantly but he issued the renewal of the card in the end.
