PR card issuance

HI All

We have not been able to provide address at the airport for PR cards to be sent.
Once we got permanent address, now we are trying to fill "Address notification" form via link https://services3.cic.gc.ca/ecas/introduction.do?app=coanotify, however, system says it cannot find our data in the system.

Has anybody encountered such problem?

Can I include all my family members in the one IRCC webform request or should I submit separate request for each of them?

You can include all your family members in the same webform. Just to make it easier for them to verify, you can also scan the COPR for everyone in your family.
