I am applying to renew my PR card for myself and my daughter she is 11 years old, our application returned because is not complete, and the reasons was: my daughter's application missing the secondary identity document, unacceptable or expired.
And they need copy of (IMM 1000) OR (IMM5292) OR (IMM5688)
Or driver's license
Or Provincial Photo-identity card
Or valid photo student card issued by College or university
Or most recent income tax assessment

and she is only 11 years old that means she don't any of these document!! any help or any idea what they need. Thanks

She must have a passport AND one of (IMM 1000) OR (IMM5292) OR (IMM5688) to be a PR.
Those are the immigration documents that confirm her PR landing. Even if she is only 11, she would still have her own copy.

Thank you for the comment, but we already send copy of her PR card and copy of her immigration visa when we apply for renewal PR, and they need secondary identification.

Seems CIC dropped the ball on this. Call them and explain your situation. In your shoes I'd send a copy of her health card as 'Provincial ID'. Did you submit the requisite school attendance records?
