PR card for children?

I'm waiting for my COPR to be back but I was wondering if my children under 18 years old will receive a PR card or it's just me and my spouse?

Would you know if when CIC mails their PR cards, will the recipient name of the mail be mine (principal applicant) or their name? I'm going to ask an acquaintance to receive the mail, but I am not sure if all the PR cards will be send to me or to each member of the familly.

No, they need to complete the landing to receive their PR Cards.
