You will not be allowed to board a plane without a valid card. You need to apply for a PRTD.
Is there is any grace period provide by CIC in Covid-19 scenario as my PR card expiring in July 2020
No.
As it would appear you don't meet the RO, you would need to either go to the US to enter at a land border and hope to not be reported or try for a PRTD on H&C grounds and hope it isn't refused.
How many days have you spent in Canada in the past 5 years? Did your family remain in Canada?
I spent only 25days out of five years. Yes my family is residing in Canada and they are citizens of canada but at present my wife is in her hometown India and I have a plan to go with her forever
Even if there was a grace period it wouldn't apply to you since covid 19 is not the reason why you you couldn't stay in canada 2 out of 5 years.
So your wife is a Canadian citizen?
