PR card application linked to CIC account

Hi guys, I got COPR email directly. Per the instruction, I mailed my PR card photo out last week and it has been delivered on last Tuesday. Some people stated that they can link PR card application in CIC account. But I failed to do that. Has anybody tried it and successfully linked that? any data point is appreciated.

IRCC's linking functions - all of them - are horrible. The interface is user unfriendly and their questions are often confusing. When you inevitably fail to successfully link they ask you to try again, but have meanwhile deleted all of your input so you have to start inputting everything from scratch. Unless you have a streak of masochism, I wouldn't bother.
