We had the same case as yours, and we submitted reference letters from our clients, mentioning the roles as per NOC code, payment details, work duration as full time; everything on clients' letterheads along with the visiting cards and contact information.

It's been 38 days overall, and the wait is getting worse instead of getting better at this stage.
