i would like to ask question about my pr application i got fired and my and i waiting for my passport request from my pr application and i have 6 months valid work permit got cunfused myself don know what to do plz advice?

You can find a new job as I know someone who had same situation, it Should not affect your PR, unless your manager is really crooked and wants you out of country

The guy who was fired, I heard from someone that manager complained about him to immigration office, but nothing was ever done to stop his immigration by cic or sinp.
