by mistake my friend linked his Pr application to his gc key account.

but it was applied through consultant, and its now removed from consultant.

is this a big issue? Can a consultant relink to his account.

it was done all unintentionally.

I don't think it's gonna matter much once you get your eCoPR! That is the confirmation that you've become PR! From P1 to eCoPR, IRCC doesn't contact through the consultant, as these ones are only exclusively for the applicants!
