Hi All,
Any help would be highly appreciated. I had applied for the Canadian PR in the month of March and had gotten the ITA. My AOR is in the month of May. Got the refusal letter from IRCC yesterday. I have worked as a consultant for 2 years after graduating and then got a full-time job (at the time I applied for the canadian PR I had experience of about 2 and half years in the full-time job). For the period I worked as a consultant, I got the letter from my employer (which is a staffing company). I couldn't get the letter from the client, or from my lead to whom I was reporting to directly. Due to this they have considered this work experience of mine and thus the eligibility has not been met.
Could I go ahead and apply for a new express entry profile now immediately, and simultaneously work on improving the CRS score. My refusal letter doesn't state anything like I cannot re-apply for it.
Now I have 3 and a half years of experience in my current full-time role. Could I submit the new express entry profile only with this experience (as in claim points only for this, as any way I get the same points for 3 years or 5 years of experience) and mention the other work experiences in my personal history (so that I do not have to submit any documents for the other work experiences). Would that cause a problem? Since IRCC would retain my application for 2 years.
