I submitted my passports on dec 19, ndvo received it on 20th.
Since then there is no update, should I contact Delhi immigration via email? Or shall I wait?

PASSPORT CAME TO ME ALONG WITH TWO COPR COPIES THROUGH COURIER = JAN 18 2020.

FINALLY MAPLE FLOWER HOLOGRAM IS ON OUR PASSPORT.
