PPR is issued through mail or email

Hi guys

I applied for my wife PR paper application and we submitted medical results in November last year
My question is how do we receive the PPR? Through mail or email
If mail sponsor address or applicant address
We received emails till now regarding medical request and sponsorship approval status

Please let me know

If they have been sending you documents request through email, they will send ppr request through email as well
