PPF account as proof of funds / query / urgent

In PPF account since u cannot withdraw the whole amount at once ... what do u need
to show to CHC to prove that these will fund ur education ? do i need to get a letter
from the bank saying that this much amount can be withdrawn from the account ?

How will you prove to CHC that PPF will be used only for your education? It can be used for any purpose & that's the problem.

so, what is the correct way of showing it then? do i need to get a letter from my father as well
saying that these funds will be used for education? or ppf CANNOT be used as proof of funds?
