Post Graduation Work Permit Amendment

Hi Everyone,

I am an recent graduate from University of Windsor and my post graduation work permit has occupation as 'Engineer' and employment location as 'Windsor,ON' . It is supposed to be open. Currently I have got non-engineer job and unable to join due to work permit issue. I have checked with CIC and was informed to apply for amendment. It may take around 4 weeks, but i need it urgently. Could it be possible to get this amended at Border.
