Afriend asked me where and how to apply for work permit....Where do you send your application for work permit to?She just graduated from an 8 month course.Pls help.Do you also need to do an application?

1. Assuming she graduated from an eligible school: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/study/institutions/participants.asp and the course wasn't a day shorter than 8 months, then she applies here: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/e-services/post-grad.asp
