(Because I dint know that the processing depends on the country of origin) I thought all applications are processed in Canada

Honestly, May 9th is just the wave front, and I noticed that they have a new processing time specifically for coop and PGWP, looks like they changed the way they process the visa application to have a higher priority.

What documents did you have to submit? If they'd only ask for letter completion without the TOR, would it be a problem??
