Summary: @Baymaxboop called IRCC and IRCC confirmed that applying for OWP with an inland spousal sponsorship PR application grants implied status for people transitioning from PGWP visas. Please note: @Baymaxboop has about 5 months left on their PGWP, and we (and the IRCC agent @Baymaxboop talked to, I presume) are assuming IRCC will start processing the OWP application before their PGWP expires.
