Hi,
My age is 40,Indian and am Bachelor of Engineering. since my score comes to around 378, I was suggested that I get my wife into a 1 year post Graduate course. I will then by default get a 1 year spouse work visa. With this I can get the relevant work experience and get my score increased to be eligible for a PR.
My Questions are:
1) is this approach correct /true ?
2)Are there any loop holes or If/Buts in this ?
3)How many years of Canada work experience I require to be eligible for applying for a PR. ?
