Yes, it will be generated because this child is included in your application as dependand.
In our case UCI was assigned for PA and his child. But we will ask CIC to exclude this child from application. We can't get him for med.examination.

Yes. I have the same issue and waiting for visa office to exclude my stepson from the application. Nothing is confirmed yet though. His uci is generated from day one.
We got to prove that we have no custody and can't get medical done. Till then the child is considered family.

Last week I got a reply from visa office on my query mail asking me to submit the declaration to exclude stepson, however they also mentioned that the review by officer is pending.
I have submitted it just yesterday. Hoping to hear from them soon.

I'm waiting as well some reply from CIC after sending them affidavit, loe ,etc. two weeks ago. Hope for the best.

I got a mail this morning but it looks like a general status mail. Asking me to update my profile if there is any status change since the time I applied for PR.
Also the medicals status now shows as"you passed the medical exam".
I am considering this as a good sign and hoping PPR comes soon.

Meds requested on 8th Feb. And we submitted, a detail explanation on why we are not able to reach the exspouse, with screen shots of call details and messages sent on phone. Also an affidavit from a relative who spoke to the ex and was refused. So watever possible we provided, needless to say we had initially provided divorce docs, affidavit from my hubby to exclude with LOE and now finally the declaration format provided by VO.
Hope all this works now.

Hi I am in the similar position. I am not able to provide medical for dependent child and I have prepared notarized LOE but I have one major question. I will submit the LOE in the space provided for supporting documents but there is one more space asking for medical of the dependent child. Please guide what should I submit over there? Should I submit the LOE once again in that space as well?

Hi, I uploaded the letter of explanation in the field where they requested the medical exam for the dependent child. Hope this helps.

Thanks a lot for your reply. Just conforming once more that I will attach LOE in the field where they requested the medical for the dependent child. I will also attach the same LOE in the field where they have asked for supporting document. Am I correct?
