Is there a telephone number you/we can call in Trinidad to check on status of application?

Is there a telephone number you/we can call in Trinidad to check on status of application? we are at 17 months now and nothing waiting for an interview in Trinidad.
As I have mentioned before, you need to send them an inquiry, requesting the status of your application. An email for some reason prompt's them to start working on your file. And to be honest I am a bit worried. According to the online tool I have decision made for approximately 2 months now and I haven't receive email or regular mail of the decision.... at this time I really don't know what to think.
Finally got Email with interview date in March after sending email and webform .

Do you mind me asking if it was early in March or late in March? We are waiting for an interview too - 4 months already - just trying to plan my life a bit lol

Make sure when you are going for your interview you are well prepared. They ask a lot of unexpected questions.... make sure you know about your in-laws and the kind of jobs they do. Your spouses work history, where your spouse was educated (eg) which college or university they attended. They birthday, when you guys met, where you met. Make sure you remember your dates. They are also going to ask about your previous relationships. Just answer your questions to the best of your ability. Once you do well you might get your visa on the spot.

Thanks for the insight . Hopefully we do get visa on the spot without to many questions.

I had my interview back in October. My application status has now updated to decision made. The decision was recently sent you via snail mail. Hopefully it's a positive decision and I receive it soon.

Where is your spouse from? It must be Trinidad because it's not very much time to plan, is it? Congratulations!!!

PA from Guyana! Well we have already finished planning everything she just needs to be there now

I find that really interesting - that you got a notice for next week, and we got a notice on February 10th - for MARCH 23rd. It makes me think that my husband is having a security interview. Either that or they are giving preference somehow? Like, why would we get 6 weeks' notice? I then saw so many people getting dates sooner than us! It doesn't seem fair - but again, maybe it's a different kind of interview or you guys have been waiting longer than us. We are at 17 months. I would totally get that you have been waiting longer.

Congrats to everyone who got interview dates. Just so you guys know, my application got rejected after 18 months. The reason is that Trinidad don't believe that my relationship is genuine. My spouse and I are together for 5years and out out of the five years we live together for 4. We submitted all the evidence they asked for and yet still they came to that conclusion. However we are not going to appeal their decision. We are going to apply all over again. Which we think might be faster.
