thanks .. but i have few questions.

1. what is SP?
2. what is PP?
3. did you bring electronics, laptop and HDD? if yes, did they opened the laptop or HDD if there is pirated software,movies,etc..?

2. Passport
3. I think they don't check items for pirated software.........

3. I had taken 2 Ext HDD, a Laptop, mouse, keyboard. Nothing was checked, here in Canada they trust you that you would have followed the law of copyrights etc.

1. Did the officer go through the documents that you had provided when applying for visa - such as the loan application and the collateral documents for the loan, bank documents etc??
2. Did the officer ask you specifically about the proof of funds?
3. Did you carry any funds with you for the study? If so how did you carry it i.e. bank draft or cash or cheque etc...? And did you have to declare it at the immigration and customs? Any problems you faced, any tips you can provide?

3. Yes, I carried funds as cash only. It was less the the threshold limit so I was not required to declare it.

1. Till this time, I haven't captured any picture
2. When I cam out of immigration office and entered the arrival hall/lounge I felt the cold Then when I moved out of the airport everything was looking so bright and clear that I could not believe it. It was like I am dreaming It took my nose quite sometime to get use to this clean air.

good one inam. I read it today. very informative. I have connecting flight as well via abudhabi london vancouver to Regina.
will they hand me over my check in luggage at vancouver international airport or I will get my bag at Regina airport.

normally once u r at POE u do the immigration then check out the bags and go through customs then u go to domestic flight and check in ur bags again.
