Good morning
I got this on a emai Police Certificate: The principal applicant (and all family members 18 years or older) is required to submit a police certificate(s
who would this be?? Is it my parents??? Even if they are not being sponsor

According to the CIC glossary this is the definition of a family member: (You don't need a police check for your sponsor but you need one for anyone else who fits the definition below whether they are coming with you or not.)


Family members
An applicant’s closest relatives, in the context of an application to CIC. It is defined as a spouse or common-law partner, dependent children, and their dependent children.

correct -- just you
