Police Certificate

Please help, I am looking to move to Canada and is applying for A Spouse Visa, i am original from St Lucia, but was working and living in UK for 5 yrs, i am still on my St Lucia Passport, i am not british, do i need to get a Police Certificate from my Home country or the UK because i was living dere, or i need both, please help because i need to get this sotred because i submit my application. thanks

You need both. (You need to provide a certificate for every country you have lived in since the age of 18 for six or more months.)
