I think you daughter although married and non-accompanying should provide PCC.......below is the instructions on the Spousal Sponsorship Checklist.
"The principal applicant, and any family members 18 or older (who are not Canadian citizens or permanent residents), must submit police certificates from the following country or countries at this time, unless indicated otherwise on the police certificate webpage".
