Hi. Last month, I got PCC for China, when in fact, I did not live 6 months or longer after the age of 18.
I lived in China during my youth age (of course before the age of 18) for about 6 years. However, after I became the age 18 on April 30, 2008, I left China on July 8, 2008. In this case, I only stayed for about 2 months in China after the age of 18. After 7 years, I went back to China for a family trip, which was about 5 days only. So, the maximum number of stay days in China after the age of 18 will be "2 months + 7 days of travel." Nowhere close to 6 months or 183 days.
However, I was still asked to provide PCC from China last month. Accordingly, I sent a query on this matter through the webform, but I am still not hearing from them yet, Anyone knows a similar case of mine? Do you think IRCC accidentally asked for the PCC from China, as they did not calculate the date when I actually became 18 in 2008? (Ex. They assumed that I turned 18 on Jan 1, 2008).
Is this normal? Do you think I have a chance of not submitting the PCC from China?
